Miami Korean Salads, LLC Founding Story
When I was a little girl growing up in Kazakhstan, back then a
part of the Soviet Union, my mom took upon herself the task of teaching me to
cook Korean salads. With our ancestors coming from Korea, she believed that it
was important to preserve our culture and traditions. I enjoyed cooking the
delicious meals using our family’s recipes.
Since then, I had a dream to start a business to share my love for
cooking Korean salads with the world. When my son and I traveled to the United
States, I saw that I could make my dream into reality. Hence, in 2023 I started
Miami Korean Salads, LLC business.
Every Wednesday at Gateway Park, Sunny Isles Beach, I sell different Korean salads that my mom taught me how to cook when I was just a little girl.
I hope to spread the love and culture of my roots by sharing my salads with the
world. A combination of fresh greens and veggies
with traditional Korean flavors such as gochujang, sesame oil, kimchi, and many
other spices that will make you want more and more.
The Instagram page is filled with colorful photos of

amazing, unusual, explosive taste that you have never tasted before. My dream is
to have a place where people could come together and enjoy a shared love of
food and community…
