TERMS OF
PARTICIPATION
Individual executants,
ensembles and art groups can participate in the Festival at the age between 6
and 19 years. The festival program includes concerts, exhibitions, creative
meetings.
Within the Festival there
is a contest according nominations and
age categories:
Soloists: I gr -5-6 y.o.; II
gr - 7-8 y.o.; III gr - 9-10 y.o.; IV gr - 11-12 y.o.; VI group - 13 -14 y.o.;
V gr -15-16 y.o.; VI gr - 17-19 y.o
Ensembles / duo-trio,
quartet-quintet, group, choirs, orchestras/: I gr- up to 9 y.o.; II gr- 9 -11 y.o.; III gr - 12-15 y.o. ; IV gr
-16-19y.o.
Participants can submit their
applications in DIRECTIONS
VOCAL
A) CHILDREN'S SONG (in Bulgarian / native
language)
B) BULGARIAN POPULAR SONG (in Bulgarian) For
foreigners - a national song in their native language.
C) WORLD HIT: a) pop
b) rock c) jazz d) musicals and movies e) ethnic and modern processing of song
folklore
D) FOLKLORE (authentic, processed)
INSTRUMENTALISTS A) POPULAR MUSIC B) FOLKLORE
CHOREOGRAPHY - dances: classical, folk -
authentic, processed and stylized folklore, modern, characteristic, street, sports-standard,
ballroom, plastic...
DURATION of performance up to 3.30 min.
Forms of creativity for the festival program -
circus art, pantomime, fashion theater, theater, musical theater, musical ...
To participate in the competition, it is necessary
to correctly select the performance, fill out the application, send a copy of
the document for payment for the competitive entry and high-quality
instrumental accompaniment to the specified e-mail address in a timely manner.
IMPORTANT!!! The number of participants in the competition in groups in areas
will be limited and after filling, applications will not be accepted.
Evaluation criteria for nominations: purity of
intonation and sound quality; performance skills; performance technique;
compliance of the repertoire with performing abilities and age category;
artistry, disclosure of the artistic image; stage performance (plasticity,
costume, props, performance culture); selection and matching of musical and
choreographic material; decoration.
Announcement and presentation of awards at the
solemn ceremony - Gala Concert. In each age group and nomination, diplomas are
awarded - I, II, III place, special awards and honorary titles for the leaders
of the most effective participants.
ORGANIZERS carry out the selection of
those wishing to participate; provide stages, halls and technical design for
participation; prizes and jury; assistance with hotel accommodation; transfer,
festival program, prize fund. The Organizing Committee is not responsible for
self-organized excursions during your stay on the territory of the Republic of
Bulgaria.
PARTICIPANTS provide quality recordings
/ instrumental accompaniment / on media or with live accompaniment. The choice
of repertoire should correspond to the capabilities of the age of the
performer. Representatives of each side have a national flag /105 - 70cm/.
Group leaders bear full responsibility for the members of the group during the
period of mass festival events and recreation.
Cost for 5 days in Albena resort (accommodation
and buffet meals + 2 transfers to Balchik)
Hotel 3 *: prices from 360/390 e (all inclusive)
Hotel 4 *: prices from 410/440 e (all inclusive)
Hotel 5 *: prices from 590 e (full board -
breakfast, lunch, dinner)
ATTENTION !!! А child up to 12 years old (
11.99) with 2 adulds in a room =
free accommodation and meal. Pay just 50
e for festival activities. A child up to 12 years old (11.99) with an adult in a room - pay just 30 % from the
price of the adult + 50 e for festival
activities.
On a count of 20 participants the organizational
committee takes free of the head/leader (21st person).
Transfer : airport Varna-hotel- airport Varna -20 euro per person.
On request - folklore fiesta - picnic: dinner + attractive
program = adult - 35 euro, child - 25 euro.
Admission
fee to the competitions (live): soloist - 40 euro, duo - 60 euro, trio-quartet-80 euro,
(5-7 persons) - 100 euro, (
8-12 persons)- 140 euro , more than 12 persons – 160 euro.
Admission fee to the competitions (online): 30 euro for each category.
